Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a hybrid therapeutic method that combines the most effective principles of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and neuroscience. It works by uncovering the root causes of limiting beliefs or emotional blocks stored in the subconscious mind and rewires them for positive change.

RTT® uses a relaxed, focused state (similar to meditation) to access the subconscious mind. In this state, clients can explore memories or beliefs that drive current habits or emotional patterns. Through guided techniques, these outdated beliefs are reframed and replaced with empowering suggestions designed to support long-term change.
